WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role reports to the Global Process Delivery Senior Supervisor and collaborates with cross-regional teams to deliver Total Rewards operations while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The role also partners with both company-appointed and local vendors to ensure effective and efficient operational delivery. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role is part of the Global Process Delivery team, supporting high-volume HR operations within a multinational organization. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance across global HR processes, while applying strong critical-thinking skills to navigate complex and ambiguous situations. This position requires the ability to manage a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting employees globally. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management. Experience with Workday, specifically within the Core HR area, and ServiceNow is preferred. Experience in HR Total Rewards is preferred. Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to balance competing priorities and multitask across multiple platforms and systems. High fluency in English to effectively support stakeholders across different geographies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
