Handyman (Freelance - Floater)

Responsibilities

• Escort and monitor contractors during installation work to ensure compliance and safety
• Troubleshoot and replace lightbulbs to maintain proper lighting conditions
• Perform various ad-hoc facilities maintenance tasks as assigned to support daily operations
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• ITE qualification or higher, or possess equivalent practical handyman experience
• Experience as a Facilities Technician, Handyman, or Handyperson is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with handyman experience but without formal education are most welcome
• Other Information
• Freelance position with activation/deployment as required
• Work locations include West Area and Central Area
• Compensation is $15.00 per hour, paid after assignment completion
