- Must be ready and willing to travel internationally 70% of the year to visit shipyards and clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a "relentless" approach to business development.
- Proven ability in interpersonal communication and stakeholder management, with a track record of navigating complex maritime deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitor and market analysis to support commercial objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
