OR, Combination: Applicants may qualify using a combination of specialized experience as stated in this announcement and graduate level education in an appropriate discipline that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement. (This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.) Specialized Experience: For this Support Services Specialist, GS-0342-09 position. You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-07 level assisting with the facility, equipment, and/or service operation design projects; and assisting with analyzing or assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of an administrative program, function, or system. OR Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have successfully completed Two (2) full years of graduate level education or a masters or equivalent degree in a major study - public administration, business, administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled. (You must provide transcripts). OR, Combination: Applicants may qualify using a combination of specialized experience as stated in this announcement and graduate level education in an appropriate discipline that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement.
