We are actively searching for a Radio Frequency (RF) subject matter expert who can bridge radar and communications disciplines to support the Missile Defense Agency's Advanced Capabilities program. This role goes beyond pure technical analysis - it's about shaping concepts, advising on system performance, and helping drive next‑generation sensor and communications solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with RF system design, modeling, and test, along with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for government and industry partners. 💼 What You'll Do Provide programmatic leadership for a radio frequency (signals and communications) advanced technology program Advise the government on the limitations of RF systems based on design and environmental parameters Communicate technical material to leadership with concise clarity Creative , out-of-the-box thinking that contributes to a new paradigm of RF utilization 🧠 What You Bring An understanding of the synergy between RF emissions and Electronic Warfare (EW) Familiarity with DoD Acquisition and the DoD 5000 Series Bachelor's Degree A keen understanding of commercial and defense radar applications spanning all technologically relevant RF bands 20+ years of relevant career experience Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility ⭐ Bonus Points Military experience, particularly with fielded RF and EW systems Test Range experience Master's degree and/or past research in a related field At JRC we offer...
