  • Proficiency with web analytics and technical SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and related crawling, auditing, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, communicate technical concepts clearly, and improve processes over time.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

The Manager of Web Experience & Operations owns day-to-day execution and optimization across Included Health's marketing websites (includedhealth.com and doctorondemand.com) and microsites as a key growth and conversion channel. This role turns broader web strategy into clear priorities, manages publishing operations and intake, and drives high-quality execution across technical SEO, CRO, UX, and web publishing. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency in how websites are built, rendered, measured, and optimized at scale. They can evaluate how technical decisions affect discoverability across traditional SEO and AEO/GEO, apply best practices for site architecture and structured data, and use AI and LLM-based tools to improve efficiency and scale web and SEO operations. This role is primarily responsible for executing intake requests and managing day-to-day web production in support of the consumer marketing content strategy, ensuring work is launched accurately, efficiently, and on time.
