Social Care Worker

Requirements

• Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (e.g. BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health or Social Care)
• CORU registration, or proof that registration is in progress
• At least 1 years' experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Knowledge of current policies and developments in social care, particularly within disability services
• Ability to follow, review, and contribute to care plans and support strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Full driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
