Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders in the brand team to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve oncology business objectives and goals, including patient, market, and financial results for oncology brands.
- Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes specific to oncology.
- Demonstrate and utilize a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning.
- Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within the oncology scope.

- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
- Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally within oncology or related therapeutic areas.
- Hematology experience required, preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma.
- Launch experience required.
- Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred, with experience in oncology highly valued.
