About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and resourceful Events & Programme Executive to provide logistical, administrative, and communications support across a portfolio of international programmes and flagship events.

Responsibilities

  • Fellowship & Executive Programme Support
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistical and administrative arrangements for two international-facing programmes
  • Manage invitations, participant registration, hospitality arrangements, and reimbursement processing

  • Track registrations, handle participant queries, and manage event participation logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Roundtables & Communications
  • Coordinate logistical and administrative arrangements for ad hoc roundtables held alongside key international events
  • Manage invitations, registrations, hospitality, and reimbursements for roundtable participants
  • Assist with drafting and publishing public communications related to programmes and events

Requirements

  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum Degree in Communications, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
