Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Door Service sales representatives throughout Arizona

- Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and growth initiatives throughout the Arizona market
- Generate timely sales reports and business updates for executive leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience leading outside sales teams
- Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Commercial door industry experience preferred; candidates with sales management experience in commercial service, construction, building products, industrial, or related industries will also be considered
- Strong business development, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical products, mechanical systems, and service-based solutions
