Family Partner - ACCS

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to youth, adults, and families assisting parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with the ACCS team and families to offer in-person and telephonic support, referrals, and linkage to services
• Support parents and caregivers through advocacy, skill-building, and navigation of mental health, educational, and community systems
• Ensure all services are culturally and linguistically appropriate while promoting strengths-based, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care
• Assist families with treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, and connecting to local, state, and federal resources

Requirements

• Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
• Lived Experience with adults or youth with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
• Hourly Rate
• $22.77 - $22.77 USD

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. This individual will ideally have lived experience as a caretaker for an adult or youth experiencing severe mental health and/or substance use disorders.
