Eligibility Service Coordinator (Bilingual Required)

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for financial assistance .
• Check - in patients upon arrival and ensure all required documentation is available for processing while covering onsite.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, and provide guidance on next steps.
• Assist patients by providing requested documents and materials .
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Utilize multiple systems and databases to gather, track, and report patient information.
• Communicate updates to Eligibility Specialists on scheduling and patient workflow.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Complete special projects, as assigned.
• What we ' re looking for:
• High school diploma or GED
• P roficiency in English and Spanish
• 6 months + of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• A bility to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to handle a heavy call volume.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment .
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and patient needs.
• Travel: 10%
