Responsibilities: Conduct cutting-edge research in biomedical engineering with a focus on either: Intelligent medical systems (AI/imaging/sensors) Biomedical instrumentation & embedded solutions Teach one or more core courses from: Signals & Systems Digital Signal Processing Medical Image Processing Embedded System Design Flexible specialization - We welcome experts in either: (1) Computational biomedicine or (2) Medical device development Requirements: 1. Compensation and Benefits: D istinguished P rofessor: The position will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including: A competitive annual salary ranging from 900,000 to 1.2 million RMB (≈126,000-168,000 USD), Generous research funding of up to 10 million RMB (≈1.4 million USD), A settlement allowance of up to 2.5 million RMB (≈350,000 USD), and Additional housing benefits, with specific terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The position will also be permitted to bring a personal research team, with members recruited in accordance with the institution's talent standards. Full P rofessor: The position will be offered a choice between two tiered compensation packages: Higher-Tier Package: Annual salary of 600,000-900,000 RMB (≈84,000-126,000 USD) Research funding of up to 6 million RMB (≈840,000 USD) Settlement allowance of up to 1.5 million RMB (≈210,000 USD) Additional housing benefits Standard-Tier Package: Annual salary of 300,000-600,000 RMB (≈42,000-84,000 USD) Research funding of up to 3 million RMB (≈420,000 USD) Settlement allowance of up to 600,000 RMB (≈84,000 USD) Additional housing benefits Specific terms for housing and other benefits will be negotiated individually.
