Project Manager - Commercial & Public Infrastructure Projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 4-7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• or 10+ years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience managing subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes of work
• Strong understanding of construction project execution, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in active construction environments, including walking job sites and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary

This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution while maintaining alignment with budget objectives, schedule milestones, safety expectations, and quality standards. Projects may include renovations, infrastructure improvements, site development, IDIQ contracts, lump-sum engagements, and accelerated construction schedules.
