- Reporting & Communication
- Create and distribute daily shift reports, variance logs, and financial summaries for upper management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments including Surveillance, Security, Finance, and Compliance.
- Assist in budget planning, labor forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a cage cashier role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position
- Strong understanding of casino cage operations, Title 31 regulations, and cash handling procedures
- Experience managing large volumes of cash and sensitive financial instruments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cage management systems
- Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience with casino management systems (e.g., Aristocrat, IGT, Agilisys, Konami, etc.)
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and suspicious activity reporting (SAR)
