About the role
We are looking for an A-Player to join our English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing skills to deliver a high-quality client experience and Brilliant value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maximise conveyancing fees for our client. - Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. - Deliver a Brilliant client experience. - Ensure compliance with our client's risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly. - Proactively communicate with key stakeholders. - Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space. - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa - Experienced conveyancing paralegal - Minimum three (3) years' residential conveyancing experience. - Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage. - Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays. - Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line). - Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom. - Highly organised team player. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Tech savvy with excellent AI and Microsoft Office skills.
