Responsibilities

  • Planning & Forecasting
  • Coordinate Strat Plan, ABP, LE for QSC LATAM, integrating production/operations inputs and corporate guidance. (Deck and Bison Submission)
  • Build and maintain driver ‑ based forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow) ensuring accuracy across price/volume, mix, capex, and innovation.

  • Maintain planning governance and documentation (calendar, assumptions log, submission evidence, change control) ensuring data integrity across ERP/MDM and planning tools.
  • Closing & Control
  • Orchestrate a timely month ‑ end close (MEC) aligned with External Reporting timelines and global guidance; ensure high ‑ quality cut ‑ offs and journals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate frameworks (ICFW/SOX): execute, evidence , and remediate controls across R2R, P2P, and W&D; maintain test scripts and track changes.
  • Prepare and submit local and corporate financial statements; ensure proper managerial and statutory reporting via cost center/WBS maintenance, accounting reclasses, and mapping.
  • Perform key account reconciliations and maintain master data & fixed asset records, including impairments and provisions when required.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services and local accounting teams to resolve queries, clear aged items, and strengthen end ‑ to ‑ end processes.
  • Support internal and external audits (PBCs, walkthroughs, sampling), provide timely documentation, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Generate ad ‑ hoc reports and control dashboards for management; continuously improve close controls, systems, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field
  • Master's in finance or business desirable
  • 5 - 10 years in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
  • Experience in multinational environment is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance is desired
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a recurring deliverables environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including effective communication and alignment across multiple markets and functions.

The QSC Financial, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and a ligns financial planning and controlling across the QSC manufacturing network, combining strategic planning & forecasting with rigorous closing & controls oversight. The role leads planning cycles (ABP, LE, LRP), ensures forecast accuracy, and monitors performance against production and cost targets, delivering executive ‑ ready variance insights to drive decisions. It safeguards data integrity, orchestrates timely month ‑ end close, and executes and evidences corporate control frameworks (e.g., ICFW/SOX), while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and local finance. The FP&C Lead also strengthens process efficiency and compliance and coaches the finance team (including AFCs) on operational execution, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
