Determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods. - Applies principles, methods, tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects and resources, including technical performance. - Apply knowledge of an array of laws, rules, and regulations (National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, etc.) designed to protect natural resources. - Apply knowledge of a wide range of principles, concepts, practices, and methods of ecology, wildlife biology, fisheries biology, plant and soil sciences to develop, conduct, and evaluate ecosystem management studies; analyze ecological, botanical, and faunal issues and problems related to ecosystems; provide technical solutions to complex habitat management programs; adapt, develop, or modify ecological techniques and procedures; devise new strategies, restoration, or management plans for ecosystems; and prepare technical or scientific reports of findings and recommendations.
