Healthcare Product Specialist (Sales & Customer Engagement) #HDC

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide professional assistance by understanding their needs and answering product enquiries.
• Promote healthcare supplements and wellness products through effective product communication.
• Share product information and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to drive sales opportunities.
• Maintain product displays and ensure stocks are replenished promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to support service improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Science-related disciplines, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with travelling to different locations across Singapore.
• Interest in healthcare products, customer engagement, and sales activities.
