• Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus at least 1-2 years
• Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism
• Software and Tools:
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• VOIP and call handling systems including Zoom
• Internal communication tools such as Slack
• Microsoft Suite including Outlook

Your work will play a critical role in protecting attorney time while delivering an exceptional client experience. - Compensation Range: USD $1,142 to $1,220 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gather and document detailed information related to accidents or injuries Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system Schedule qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly Screen and qualify potential cases based on intake guidelines Support approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps Maintain calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations
