CS - EUV UIR SAP Coordinator - Kaohsiung

Responsibilities

• Problem analysis and escalation
• Identifies issues and solves basic problems under close supervision.
• Materials Coordination & Tool Tracking
• Supports tracking and coordination of materials & tools for assigned tasks. Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.
• Operational Governance
• Supports service order tracking, time writing, and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Generates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics, tool calibration and service order status.
• Stakeholder Management
• Communicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.
• Process Optimization (CI)
• Signals gaps for improvement opportunities and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Knowledge Sharing & Training
• Shares own findings and WoW with local peers while building basic knowledge of projects.

Requirements

• Requires flexibility and openess to accommodate various work settings, locations and interactions/collaborations with different colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent working and thinking level and experience. Basic understanding of SAP/CAM/SMS systems and logistic processes is required.
