Design, commission, coordinate, implement and monitor consumer research with external research companies. Ensure key implications are shared with stakeholders in a timely manner and identify actionable outcomes Management of ad hoc deep dives and special projects Measurement and evaluation framework development and deployment for marketing campaigns and activations Business brand analytics and IWSR Monthly - Quarterly Analysis and Performance Reporting Oversee the annual India Brand Health Monitor Support/Partner... India Head of Marketing and IMAGE Region Insights Manager on Business Review preparations India Head of Marketing and IMAGE Region Insights Manager to develop a robust innovation pipeline for India Test & Learn approach across the business in cross functional projects with Insight and trends Create and develop regular insightful reports based on available market data (Category, Shopper and consumer) Identify opportunities and threats for B-F brand, data joining the dots from various sources of information and build a strong dynamic competitive intelligence Build data backed-insights as a key input to annual country and brand plans Marketing teams to help ideate, guide, monitor and measure all brand building and sales activation Develop strong working relationships with internal, external (data & research agencies) and global stakeholders Establish metrics that support the Brown-Forman Growth Framework. Improve competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency of brand plans and activations What You Bring to the Table Post graduation in marketing or a related field, with a strong 6 to 8 years of consumer insights experience in lifestyle-luxury consumer brands (experience in alcobev will be an added advantage but not essential) Excellent quantitative research skills and understanding of qualitative research experience in agency/ client side Advanced statistical analysis and excellent knowledge of panels and data analysis software and an aptitude for the manipulation and interrogation of databases. Familiarity with a broad range of consumer, category and shopper research and sources of data (Nielsen, Kantar, IWSR etc) Manage multiple projects within required timelines along with attention to detail and accuracy Strong business acumen and judgement along with strategic capabilities Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with strong ability to influence through data-insights led storytelling Put research into business terms with strong listening, presentation & story-telling skills Collaborative team player with excellent persuasiveness & interpersonal skills; building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
