About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM organization. - Performance Insight & Visibility: Define, monitor, and disseminate KPIs and operational health metrics for the entire department and share executive synthesis.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline and standardize program management frameworks, templates, and communication across our many teams to improve velocity.
- Lead Special Initiatives: Support complex, high-impact, high-visibility technical programs across the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
- Technical fluency to comprehend software architecture, development lifecycles, and resource dependencies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana).
- Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure.
- Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree).
- Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).
