Role Summary and Impact The Executive is an entry-level professional role within WPP Media, responsible for supporting day-to-day tasks within a defined area of the business. They work under close supervision to deliver operational activities, maintain accurate records, support coordination and contribute to the smooth running of the team. This role requires basic job knowledge, good organisation and the ability to follow established processes and instructions. Capability Description As the Executive of Strategic Partnerships, you will support the wider partnerships team in the day-to-day coordination of partner activity and internal administration. You will help maintain trackers, update documents, prepare meeting materials and support communication across internal stakeholders to ensure partnership tasks are progressed accurately and on time. This role will focus on operational support, including helping to organise meetings, capturing actions, maintaining records and supporting basic reporting activity. You will work closely with more senior team members to help ensure that partner information is up to date and that key tasks are completed in line with agreed timelines. You will also support the coordination of WPP Media's data and technology partner ecosystem by assisting with routine administrative activity, internal communications and delivery tracking.
