Responsibilities

• ✅ Support student discipline and behaviour management initiatives
• ✅ Supervise detention, reflection sessions, and intervention programmes
• ✅ Provide support for students requiring additional guidance
• ✅ Maintain records, reports, and case documentation
• ✅ Engage parents and collaborate with school staff on student support plans
• ✅ Assist in student-related incidents and after-school programmes

Requirements

• ✔ Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Youth Work, or related fields
• ✔ Experience working with children or youths in educational, community, or social service settings
• ✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills
• ✔ Proficient in administrative coordination, record-keeping, and reporting
