Copart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support our Meetings & Events team at our WJ Ranch Facility. The ideal candidate is a "take-charge" professional who can manage administrative tasks and provide hands-on support for meetings and events of all sizes. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Job will primarily be based out of WJ Ranch facility with occasional work at our corporate office. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and coordination duties, including but not limited to: Ordering office supplies Managing Ranch booking calendar Acting as Day-Of coordinator for all onsite meetings Coordinating event details between our Clients and our Ranch staff, such as: AV needs, Menu selections, room setup needs, etc. Ensuring timely delivery of event details to all parties Tracking of financial records (receipts & checks) from Ranch leadership and coordinating with the rest of the events team on timely submission into payment system Must be comfortable communicating with internal parties Must be comfortable communicating with external parties
