This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are interested in helping clients navigate their banking needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product offerings. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure efficient service delivery. Educate clients about banking policies, procedures, and product features. Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in services and customer experience. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
