About the role
We are looking for an Analyst to join our dynamic Non-Custodial Investments team where you will contribute in supporting our Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS). You'll play a key role in onboarding new accounts, managing non-custodial assets, and ensuring seamless administration for our clients. Responsibilities
- In this role, you will:
- Onboard new accounts for MAPS and manage non-custodial investments
- Verify, reconcile, and import historical asset data into client portfolios
- Review applications, LPOA, redemptions, and fund manager instructions
- Process income tax component adjustments and update asset unit prices
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system upgrades
- Contribute to process improvements for systems and procedures
Requirements
- Previous WRAP/Super platform experience highly regarded
- Solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
- Willingness to learn investment administration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
