- To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, clinical governance, or related field.
- Experience within the Health Sector or human services sector within similar roles.
- Strong understanding of aged care, acute care, mental health, and community service environments.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Commitment to person-centred, equitable, and culturally safe care.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Employment Type: Fixed term - 12 months initially with potential for extension and permanent role. Hours: 76 hour fortnight - Monday to Friday, business hours Salary: Approx. $100k negotiable plus Superannuation Location: Richmond Support Services office, Melbourne.
