About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST performing as the Director Facilities Management (SEA 10G3) of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND. You will be responsible for all facility and property related issues. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing facilities operations or activities (e.g. planning, budgeting, maintenance, renovations, repairs, upgrades, and space management, contracting, inspections, improvement studies, and field investigations) in a shore command environment to ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
