  • QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
  • Pay Range: $21.00-$33.00
  • Float Incentive: Additional $1.50/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Indio, CA to include, but not limited to Palm Spring, Blythe, Imperial County areas Work Schedule: Able to cover hours that vary Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed, including some Saturdays Job Responsibilities: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed
