Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a passionate Social Worker to join the Adult Safeguarding Team in vibrant Liverpool. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will undertake assessments and develop care plans to safeguard adults at risk of harm. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies to manage safeguarding concerns effectively. Responsibilities include conducting assessments under the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), leading safeguarding investigations in line with statutory frameworks, and developing personalised support plans that promote independence and well-being. You will also provide guidance on adult safeguarding policies, maintain accurate records, prepare reports in accordance with regulatory standards, and actively participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
