Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios across our GTM systems ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and other modern test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Lead regression testing efforts across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), Workato integration workflows, Logisense billing, and NetSuite ERP - ensuring changes in one system do not break downstream behavior.
  • Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to accelerate test case generation, improve coverage, and identify edge cases across complex multi-system workflows.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers, integration engineers, and business analysts to embed quality early in the development lifecycle through shift-left testing practices.
  • Define and track quality metrics - including defect rates, test coverage, automation coverage, and regression pass rates - and report on quality health to engineering leadership.
  • Perform exploratory and risk-based testing on high-impact areas such as CPQ quoting workflows, billing integrations, and order management automation.
  • Triage, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline health by maintaining automated test stability, reducing flaky tests, and integrating test execution into deployment workflows.
  • Continuously improve test infrastructure, tooling, and QA processes as the platform evolves.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive QA or software testing experience, including at least 2 years focused on enterprise SaaS or business systems platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or comparable end-to-end test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress); ability to write, maintain, and debug automated test scripts.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing regression test strategies for complex, integrated systems where changes in one platform can cascade downstream.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform testing - including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ - with an understanding of how Salesforce UI, APIs, and automation can be tested effectively.
  • Experience testing integration workflows between systems (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms), including validating data mappings, trigger conditions, and error handling.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Testim, Mabl, or similar) to accelerate test generation, improve test coverage, or enhance defect detection.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar, including REST API validation across system integrations.
  • Ability to read and understand application code sufficiently to collaborate with developers, review test gaps, and write automation scripts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills - able to clearly document defects, explain quality risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and advocate for quality standards.
  • We'll Be Super Impressed If You Have Experience In Any of These
  • Experience testing billing platforms (Logisense, Zuora, Aria, or similar) including billing event validation, invoice accuracy, and subscription lifecycle scenarios.
  • Experience testing NetSuite ERP integrations, including order-to-cash and financial data validation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ testing, including quoting, pricing rules, approval workflows, and contract generation
