About the role

Oversee and manage all general affairs functions at the plant site, ensuring efficient administrative support, facility management, security, logistics, and workplace services to enable smooth and compliant plant operations. The Candidate Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and Business Partner role and must have worked in manufacturing or plant environments. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in community relation, government relations, General Affairs, CSR, Facilities Management in industrial or plant operations. Experience in handling Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) and union negotiations is essential. Strong knowledge of Industrial Relation, labor laws, union practices, dispute resolution processes, HR Practises and Processes, local regulation framework, local culture and community dynamics is a must. Excellent interpersonal skill, conflict resolution, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of facility operations, vendor management, and administrative processes. Ability to work under pressure, manage sensitive issues, and work in complex environments. Understanding ISO system and having ISO certification is a plus. FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
