Experian is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Program Manager to lead the strategy, and growth of our customer loyalty ecosystem-including digital badges, rewards, and engagement programs. You will oversee email, push, and SMS campaigns focused on loyalty, engagement, and retention, while managing performance through main metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and product engagement. You will design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience, increase retention, and guide lifetime value, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to deliver personalized customer journeys. You will combine, program management, and performance marketing expertise, and reports to the Lifecycle Manager of Engagement & Loyalty.
