Administrative executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import and export permit applications using Singapore's TradeNet system to ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, airlines, and government authorities to facilitate timely customs clearance
• Coordinate the import and export logistics of fresh flowers and related products to maintain efficient supply chain flow
• Prepare accurate shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork
• Ensure all import/export activities comply with Singapore Customs and relevant regulatory requirements
• Prepare quotations and invoices to support sales and billing processes
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform data entry and filing to organize and maintain documentation
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp to provide information and support
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Assist with purchasing and inventory management to support stock availability
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
