About the role
We're looking for a Senior Employee Experience Executive to play a key role in delivering a seamless, efficient, and people-first HR experience across Cyprus, Greece, and Israel. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations as you'll drive structure, consistency, and continuous improvement while ensuring employees are supported at every stage of their journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding to offboarding and ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience at every touchpoint
- Act as a trusted partner for employees, resolving queries coming in via Workday Help, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring access to the right tools and support
- Own end-to-end HR benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for employees
- Oversee end-to-end invoicing and payment processes related to HR benefits, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Provide timely and accurate inputs to payroll teams on a monthly basis, ensuring smooth payroll processing across markets
- Manage employee leave processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with local policies
- Maintain and manage employee documentation, including and not limited to contracts, letters, agreements etc, ensuring compliance and proper record keeping
- Work extensively in Workday to complete transactions, manage data, and execute assigned actions effectively
- Ensure operational excellence across processes by maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and service delivery
- Bring structure and clarity to local documentation while identifying opportunities to standardize and streamline processes
- Continuously review ways of working to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the employee experience through smarter, simpler processes
- Drive process improvements and support automation and AI initiatives to enhance consistency across markets and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate closely with HR teams (local, regional, and global) and support any internal or external audits.
- Partner with Employee Experience colleagues across regions to align ways of working and avoid duplication of effort and participate in global projects.
- Manage social security registrations and submissions, and oversee work visa application renewals.
- Proactively identify challenges and solve problems before they impact employees or business operations
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of experience in HR, ideally within HR Operations, Employee Services, or Shared Services
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements (Cyprus required; Greece and Israel a plus)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Builds trust through professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data (Workday experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with invoicing and procurement processes (e.g., Ariba/Relish) is an advantage
