About the role
As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you'll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery. You'll: Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead Manage our Access Co-ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how we invest in our homes and support our sustainability ambitions.
Requirements
- We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability.
- You'll ideally have:
- Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data
- A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation
- Experience managing data-driven programmes or asset strategies
- A track record of leading and motivating teams
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
