Position Overview This role can be based remotely in the United States. The AI Product Manager owns the definition and delivery of each AI solution from intake through production, serving as the bridge between business problem statements and the engineered solutions that the Accelerators team prototypes and hands off. This is a highly technical, client-facing role accountable for both the what - shaping what gets built, why it matters, and whether the outcome delivers real business value - and the when - running sprint cadence, stakeholder communication, and delivery gates. Each AI Product Manager carries two to three concurrent engagements per month, partnering directly with business owners, Navigators, Solutions Engineers, and the AI Platforms team to move validated opportunities from discovery through rapid prototyping to production handoff. Success requires combining product discipline with AI fluency and the interpersonal skills to maintain stakeholder trust while managing scope, velocity, and quality across multiple parallel workstreams. Essential Job Functions Own the product vision for each engagement: define what the AI solution must do and why, ensuring alignment with business owner objectives, Navigator discovery insights, and Accelerators team capabilities. Author and own the Project Brief - the authoritative statement of scope, objectives, success criteria, and constraints - including Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents, and supporting user stories. Prioritize and manage the product backlog for each sprint, deciding what gets built first based on business value and prioritization pipelines defined in partnership with Navigators and client stakeholders. Define acceptance criteria from the business perspective: not just "does it work technically" but "does it solve the problem," including clearly stated business value KPIs that link prototype outcomes to measurable impact. Serve as the primary client-facing contact and coordinator during delivery, running weekly status calls, scope discussions, outcome reviews, demos, and progress updates that maintain stakeholder confidence and alignment. Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives; coordinate handoffs between Solutions Engineers, Integration, Data/ML, and the Platforms team when projects are delivered to production.
