About the role

You are the commercial and solutioning engine of the company. The bridge between client problems and our delivery team. You own the full pre-delivery cycle - from discovering a client's businesschallenge and mapping their workflows, to working with the tech team indesigning AI-powered solutions, estimating effort and cost, and closing theengagement. This is not a pure sales role. Nor is it purely technical. You are a trusted advisor who happens to know enough about AI agents, automation, and workflows to translate client pain into a scoped,costed, and deliverable solution - and get it signed.

Responsibilities

  • ClientEngagement & Requirements Gathering
  • Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational workflows
  • Ask the right questions - map current-state processes, identify friction points, and uncover AI opportunity areas
  • Document requirements clearly in a form that both clients and the development team can act on
  • SolutionDesign & Commercial Estimation
  • Translate client requirements into proposed AI solutions - primarily involving agents, workflow automation,and process intelligence
  • Develop bespoke solution proposals including scope, approach, effort estimation, and commercial pricing
  • Prepare and present solution walkthroughs and demos tailored to client seniority and technical literacy
  • SalesCycle Ownership & Closing
  • Manage the full sales process from first meeting to signed contract
  • Follow up on opportunities, handle commercial objections, and drive deals to close
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide forecasts to leadership
  • ProjectKick-Off & Handover
  • Brief the development team at project initiation - ensuring scope, requirements, and client expectations are clearly handed over
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact during the initial delivery phase
  • Flag scope creep or requirement gaps early to protect delivery quality and timelines
  • What You Need

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical account management role
  • Solid working knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation - you understand what is buildable and what is not
  • Strong requirements gathering skills - you know how to run a discovery session and map a client's processes
  • Proven ability to scope bespoke solutions and estimate effort and cost without a fixed price list
  • Comfortable owning the full commercial conversation and closing deals independently
  • Excellent communication - able to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical business stakeholders
  • Experience operating effectively within small, fast-moving teams with minimal process overhead
  • Good to Have
  • A degree in Business, ComputerScience, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage. We value demonstrated experience and capability over academic credentials.
  • Hands-on familiarity withAI/automation tools such as n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to project manage mentor delivery coordination at project initiation
  • Experience writing informal solution briefs, SOWs, or effort estimates
  • Prior B2B commercial experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia
