Responsibilities

  • Support customers through the press release distribution process from submission to delivery
  • Troubleshoot formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distribution issues

As a Press Release Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping customers successfully distribute press releases and manage newsroom content through Muck Rack's platform. You'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely and accurate distribution, and provide operational support during high-visibility communications moments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET (hours may vary during onboarding and training)
