Responsibilities

  • Business Development (China and Greater China) Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business
  • Development (BD) function for China and Greater China markets.
  • Accompany the Chairman, Head of BD, or BD team on working trips to China when required,

  • support to VIPs and senior delegates.
  • Coordinate visit itineraries, meetings, campus tours, and logistics to ensure a positive
  • and seamless experience for visiting guests.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external delegates to ensure smooth
  • communication and execution.
  • Events, Marketing and Presentation Support
  • Assist in organising and coordinating business development and marketing-related events
  • and activities, including forums, roadshows, networking sessions, and
  • institutional visits.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, and marketing collaterals
  • related to KIG and SISH.
  • Deliver presentations on KIG and SISH when required, tailored to different audiences
  • such as partners, delegates, and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure branding and messaging are
  • consistent and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Finance and China Client Coordination
  • Develop a working understanding of KIG/SISH financial processes, policies, and
  • documentation requirements.
  • Support the Finance Department in liaising with China-based clients, including
  • coordination on invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic financial
  • documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures while facilitating
  • smooth transactions with China partners.
  • Others
  • Ensure courteous, professional communication at all times.
  • Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from
  • time to time.
  • Employee is expected to work above and beyond his / her working hours to
  • meet the requirements of his / her work responsibilities.
