Track and drive key tool metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and uptime. Qualify tools after maintenance, upgrades, or process changes to ensure production readiness. Provide training and technical guidance to operators and junior technicians. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or yield improvement. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with SPC, FDC, and yield management systems. Knowledge of specific semiconductor process areas (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition). Familiarity with semiconductor defect inspection and metrology tools. Analytical thinking and root cause problem-solving. Attention to detail and data-driven decision making. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Semiconductor fabrication facility (cleanroom environment). Requires use of cleanroom attire (bunny suit).
