Responsibilities

Requirements

- Basic understanding of:
- Passive and active networking concepts (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).
- ESXi server environments and virtualization basics.
- Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users of varying technical proficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic familiarity with ITSM tools ( ServiceNow).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or related areas.
