Organisation Development Intern

About the role

As an Organisation Development Intern, you will: Support the organization of workshops, training programs, and other initiatives to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance. Collaborate with individuals across various levels to understand organisational needs and identify areas for improvement. Assist in developing and executing organisational development (OD) strategies that align with business goals. Support cultural transformation projects aimed at fostering an inclusive, high-performance, and engaged workforce. Support the implementation of change management initiatives. Support data analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing. Strong interest in organisation development, culture, and people strategy. Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to driving positive change. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
