About the role

You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Technical Operations and Product Support Division, Business and Financial Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) ) Applying expert knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools or similar financial systems to input and extract data for budget planning, formulation, and execution; 2) Developing spend plans and budgetary requirements for assigned program/project; 3) Executing various appropriations, fund types, and accounts (e.g., RDT&E, O&MN, Procurement, MRFTB Overhead, and Cost Redistribution Accounts) in compliance with fiscal laws and regulations; 4) Interpreting financial regulations to provide advice on funding sources and uses; 5) Analyzing financial data to resolve gaps or discrepancies; 5) Analyzing financial data to resolve gaps or discrepancies; 6) Preparing reports to ensure proper expenditure of funds; 7) Reviewing financial documentation to monitor obligations and expenditures; and 8) Leveraging financial management systems (e.g. ERP) to develop financial structures, plan funding, extract data, reconcile and validate transactions, create and amend funding documents, and support execution monitoring, data calls, and audit readiness.
