English follows Japanese: 職務目的： Job Purpose 商品開発・導入プログラム／プロジェクトにおいて、IT Leadはエンドツーエンドの責任者として全体を統括します。 AIG Japanにおける将来の商品開発の姿を構築するうえでの主要なステークホルダーとして、ビジネス成長を支える重要な役割を担います。 職責 Job Responsibilities - IT実行計画を推進することにより、ビジネス戦略の実現を支援します。 ビジネスチームと密接に連携し、ニーズや優先順位を把握した上で、AIG社内ITチームおよび外部ベンダーリソースと協働し、技術的なデリバリープランを策定します。 ビジネスおよびITの目標に整合した技術ソリューションのリードおよびデリバリーを担当します。 プロジェクトが納期・予算・品質基準を満たして完遂されるよう確実に管理します。 社内外のリソースで構成されるデリバリーチームをマネジメントします。 ベンダーの成果物をレビューし、目的適合性および品質の観点から承認します。 商品開発管理チームを統括するピープルマネージャー（管理職）としての役割も担います。 主要な関係先 Key Relationships Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) 商品開発、営業、オペレーション、保険金サービスなどの関連ビジネス部門のリーダー、ローカルおよびグローバルのITリーダー External Interactions (Outside the Organization) SI導入パートナー 代理店コミュニティ 必要とされるスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experiences Educational Qualification 理学士号 - コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野 Specific Qualifications 日本語：ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル Total Experience 保険業界での8年以上の経験（特に損害保険市場） プロジェクト管理およびデリバリー業務における10年以上の経験 情報技術分野での6年以上の経験（特に新製品の開発および／または既存製品の機能強化） 3名以上の従業員を擁するチームでの人事管理経験3年以上 成長志向を持ち、従業員のエンゲージメント向上に貢献できること 優れたリーダーシップ、影響力、交渉力 全体像を把握でき、戦略的な思考ができること 複雑なプロジェクトやプログラムの立ち上げ、主導、管理の実績があり、ステークホルダーに アジャイル手法の経験と理解、そしてスクラムマスターの経験があれば尚可 問題解決能力、優れた批判的思考力と分析的推論力（定量的および定性的）があること CXOレベルのコミュニケーションおよび上級ビジネスリーダーとの協働・ 自発性があり、ある程度の曖昧さを含むダイナミックなプログラム環境でも問題なく業務を 大規模なエンタープライズ環境における技術アーキテクチャとアプリケーション DevOps、DevSecOps、テスト自動化に関する経験と理解があれば尚可。 フロントエンド技術、API、メッセージング、データベース、ビッグデータ、ネットワーク、 Job Purpose The IT Lead of Product Related Development is the end-to-end owner for Products related applications delivery programs/projects. You will be a key stakeholder in building the future state of AIG Japan's product development, which is the key critical factor in growing our business. Job Responsibilities Support the business strategy execution by driving IT execution plan. Work closely with the various business teams to understand their needs and priorities. Evaluates business requirements and creates technical delivery plan in corporation with the AIG internal IT team and vendor resources. Lead and deliver technology solutions in alignment with business and IT objectives. Ensure technical projects are completed on time, on budget and within quality standards. Manage the delivery team consisting of both internal and external resources Reviews and approves vendor deliverables for fit for purpose and quality. Play a people manager role to manage a team within the Product section. Key Relationships Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) Business function leaders including product, distribution, operations, claims and other IT leaders (Local and Global) External Interactions (Outside the Organization) SI Implementation Partners Agency community Required Skills and Experiences Educational Qualification Bachelor of Science Degree - Computer Science or related field Specific Qualifications Japanese language: Native or business fluency. English: business fluency Total Experience 8+ years in insurance industry experience; especially in General Insurance market. 10+ years in a project management and delivery role. 6+ years in information technology experience; especially in developing new product and/or enhancing existing products. 3+ years in people manager experience with a team size of 3+ employee resources. Has growth mindset and can improve employee engagement. Strong leadership / influencing and negotiation skills. Able to see big picture / strategy thinker. Demonstrable experience standing up, leading, and managing complex projects and programs, ability to influence and partner with stakeholders to deliver project objectives. Experience and understanding of Agile methodology and being a scrum master is a plus. Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning (quantitative and qualitative) that can be applied in a problem-solving scenario. Mastery of executive-level communications development and high-degree of comfort in working/communicating with senior business leaders. Self-starter that is comfortable working in a dynamic program environment that includes a degree of ambiguity. Willing to dive in as part of the team to get the job done. Understanding of technical architecture and application systems integration in a large heterogeneous enterprise environment. Experience and understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, Test Automation is a plus. Strong technical knowledge of digital environments including Frontend technologies, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, Networks and their interactions is a plus.
