Director of ERP Service Delivery (NetSuite)

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP/CRM experience
• 5+ years focused on NetSuite OneWorld
• Proven leadership in professional services or consulting organizations (typically 7+ years)
• Strong understanding of core business processes:
• Order-to-Cash
• Procure-to-Pay
• Record-to-Report
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator, Multi-Book)
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results

One of Pine's leading provider of enterprise software solutions (ERP, QMS, and CRM) and consulting services supports manufacturing organizations across North America and Europe is looking for a Director of NetSuite Practice. The Director of NetSuite Practice leads strategy, growth, and delivery quality for NetSuite implementation services, with emphasis on Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries (experience in Life Sciences preferred). This role holds full P&L responsibility, mentors consulting teams, and acts as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients. This position supervises members of the NetSuite consulting team and is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, work assignment, and resolving employee concerns in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
