Responsibilities
- Design and optimize coating/adhesive application processes (e.g., spray, curing, surface preparation) to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Research and test new coating materials, adhesives, and sealants for specific applications.

- Modifies tool designs according to trial or production service data to improve tool life or performance.
- Maintain the latest revision levels of external engineering standards applicable to this manufacturing location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, coating processes, or adhesive technology : equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of coating application methods (e.g., spraying, dipping) and curing systems.
- Experience with adhesion testing and surface characterization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
