Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy for purchased and produced materials
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and quantity verifications
  • Track aging and slow-moving inventory
  • Enter and update inventory information within the ERP system
  • Support receiving processes, including verifying counts and inventory information
  • Pick and pull inventory items per pick ticket correctly
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe manner
  • Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
  • Your Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm

Requirements

  • Inventory control experience
  • Experience with cycle counting and verifying inventory accuracy
  • Receiving experience
  • Ability to work independently in a warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment
  • Comfortable using computer systems to enter and update inventory information
  • Requirements Within This Position:
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • High attention to detail and accurate pick counts
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility
  • Regularly move up to 40+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying
  • We Would Also Prefer:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Experience working in an ERP or warehouse management system
  • Forklift, reach truck, cherry picker/order picker, or other material-handling equipment experience
